RFQ Download Phillips is continuing the development of the Data Acquisition System and plans to operate the commercial site with a SCADA system developed with National Instruments Lookout software. The advantage of Lookout is that we can easily custom design the Human Machine Interface (HMI) to meet the changing needs of this project. In fact, the flexibility of this software allows minimal effort for the adaptation to future hydroelectric sites. A sample of the pilot project interface is shown below.
